Goddess Body isn't just about the physical body but it encompasses the mental and spiritual bodies as well! When talking health it is important to recognize the "total person" aspect. 

Are you getting enough rest? Are you stress free? Do you feel yourself off balanced? Most sickness and disease is due to a body that is not at ease! Are you getting enough laughter and love?

Make sure you are taking the time out of your day to silence your mind and do some meditations. One thing that I have recently started to do is playing relaxing meditation tones during my sleep! I find myself waking up more refreshed and my mind with more clarity! 

Start to take more time out for yourself and take care of you! If that means that others call you selfish then by all means be selfish UNAPOLOGETICALLY!
