I Am really big on personal development and intelligence! Before I was into this fitness journey, all I did was research information on things and learn new things! My brain is filled with so much that I just want to continue to build it up so that I can continue to manifest my hearts desire!
Ways to stay mentally fit:
- Ask Logical questions with an open mind to OVER, INNER, and UNDER stand
- Look up the definition for new words to increase vocab
- Find something new to learn
- Stay stress-free
- Mind Games (not THOSE kind of mind games!! Ones like Chess, and Word Warp, Soduko ETC...)
- Physical Fitness (to get the blood flowing to your brain) ;)
