OMG so I think I have found HEAVEN on Earth!!! This is the best thing you can ever do for your body! A lot of food that we consume in our daily body puts us in an acidic state which then leads to diseases and inflammation that is why it is important to balance it out with alkalinity so that your body can remain in a neutral state! Below is 5 benefits of alkaline water:

Physical Fitness and the Law of Attraction

When you are not strong in all areas: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually then it causes an imbalance in the type of frequency you emit to the universe! According to the Law of Attraction is important to have a high vibrational frequency to attract all the things you desire. Physical fitness was always my challenge. I would workout for a week and then stop because I didn't see the results I wanted right away (impatience) or it felt like I was forcing myself. So I knew I had to develop a different mindset and approach when it came to working out. (Side note: that is why it's important to maintain a positive attitude). So I decided that instead of working out to see physical results I had to work out to keep my mental state sharp! The one thing I value is having a healthy mental state because that is the basis of all things manifested!

I recommend a challenge of working out everyday for 31-days so that you can develop a habit! Sometimes all it takes is a switch in your perception! What area do you need to work on in your life?  Let's be the best we can be so we can make the best out of this life!!

Why I Feel Bad After Detoxing

Hey so I've been going through a life changing transformation and within that transformation there is a lot of detoxing of negative energy!! The other day I did detox where you take a bath with baking soda, sea salt, lavender essential oil for 20 minutes. It was super relaxing but afterwards I felt down in the dumps!! That down in the dumps feeling got me wanting to exercise because I figured "Ok, maybe that is the issue". Then as I was working out I got to thinking "Why does every time I detox whether mentally, spiritually of physically I begin to feel depressed". Then it HIT me!

"We can feel worse during a detox because... the released toxins get backed-up in the "waterways" of the body (lymph and blood). It is different for each person: it could be an incredible urge to eat sugar or to binge, nausea, fatigue, feeling "fluey", diarrhea, depression,  migraines/ headaches, inability to sleep at night, lethargy, irritability or extreme mood swings, itchy skin, eczema or asthma attacks.  It could be a cold or even flu, sometimes flare-ups of chronic conditions like arthritis or hay fever.

Healing is really about release. Release, at its deepest physical level, opens up and cleanses the cells in the body, thus allowing more movement and freedom. Thus cleansing equals release, movement, freedom. The cells are enabled to open up and release the toxicity that has been accumulating and is stuck inside."


So basically I was feeling that toxic energy being pushed out of my body! I am so thankful that I pushed through with my workout because it helped in pushing out that negative energy! It's important that we detox and push out those negative energies because the number one cause of many degenerative illnesses is stress related! This is why the "total person" concept is so important. Each area helps to release the negative energies of another area. Once those energies are released through physical fitness then it is important to do some meditations and start inviting positive energies in! This is only the beginning of a life changing transformation! So please join me on this journey!!
