Quick Tip: Make a workout calendar! Find out your fitness goals and the steps it will take to get there and then log them on your calendar. Then once you are done, hang it somewhere you can see it everyday! I keep mine on the refrigerator. This way you will keep yourself focused on your goal
Side note: I even signed the bottom of the calendar next to the words "I Am Committed" .... and I like to keep my promises especially the one made to myself! #ILoveMe
