I Pulled a Muscle!
I guess that is what happens when you are super HYPE and workout hard!! LOL Literally I was doing this fun dance fitness workout and there was a lot of twisting and I got too excited LMAO!!
Another mistake I made with it was after I did the workout I attempted to do some quick leg workouts and must have stretched too much after the cardio!!
Quick tip: Never stretch TOO much before exercise because you will pull something! It is ok to stretch a little to get the muscles warmed up but be careful not to do too much until AFTER your entire workout! #LessonLearned
