Everybody has different goals in which they want to accomplish in their fitness journey! Fortunately, for me in my time of solitude and growth I got to a point where I only wanted to consume foods that are good for my body! If you do the research then you will see all types of crazy chemicals and things in the foods that we eat from the supermarket (yes, even the perceived healthy ones). I admit it is frustrating but I didn't focus so much on it that I allowed it to stress me out! It was a slow progression. I drink a lot of Alkaline water and that definitely helped me shed some fat. If you don't have access to an alkaline filter then you can find "alkaline drops" online and add it to any water. I wouldn't recommend drinking tap water! Try Fiji or the more higher level brands like it!
Anyway, now getting to the meat of this post (pun intended)! Now, that I have lost a significant amount of weight I Am ready to BUILD! This is the most skinny and out of shape I have been in my life! #LAWD !!! But with the right focus I will be able to build right up with protein shakes! My favorite shake is the Raw Meal- chocolate flavor! I mix it with coconut water, and fruit! Very basic and very beneficial as a post workout snack or meal! It's all natural so it doesn't have that nasty "whey" taste!

I've always had difficulty staying on track because I knew it was BEST to feed your muscles after a #workout ! Otherwise you don't get maximum benefit! I Am not much of a "eater" anymore so I definitely am going to incorporate my #favorite protein shake which is the #Rawprotein! #LikeItRAW 💪🏾😜 I hate that #whey #protein taste!
