Anyway, now getting to the meat of this post (pun intended)! Now, that I have lost a significant amount of weight I Am ready to BUILD! This is the most skinny and out of shape I have been in my life! #LAWD !!! But with the right focus I will be able to build right up with protein shakes! My favorite shake is the Raw Meal- chocolate flavor! I mix it with coconut water, and fruit! Very basic and very beneficial as a post workout snack or meal! It's all natural so it doesn't have that nasty "whey" taste!
I've always had difficulty staying on track because I knew it was BEST to feed your muscles after a #workout ! Otherwise you don't get maximum benefit! I Am not much of a "eater" anymore so I definitely am going to incorporate my #favorite protein shake which is the #Rawprotein! #LikeItRAW 💪🏾😜 I hate that #whey #protein taste!
