Pushing through the "I Don't Feel Like It"
I want to highlight on an issue that always creeps into my mind...the "I don't feel like it" excuse!! I made a commitment to myself to workout at certain times to keep a consistent routine going. But naturally being a mom and running and fussing and loving on my kids all day, along with all the other duties... I feel drained and sometimes I just don't freakin feel like getting up and working out!! I especially feel this way because, I Am just starting back up with this whole fitness thing and all, so its not a habit yet!!! But because I know better I got to do better ....I push through anyway because I keep the goal in my minds eye! No Excuses and when those thoughts creep in I acknowledge that "feeling" push through anyway and then at the end of it I Am happy with myself and can give myself a big pat on the back for pushing through!! Eventually those small doses of "I don't feel like its" will get smaller and smaller!!!
