Take Some Time to CHILLAX!!
In life we tend to be on the go and when trying to incorporate fitness it can definitely take a toll on your body!! Make sure you take some time out to clear your mind and have a nice detoxifying bath to soothe your muscles and relax your mind! After all that hard work you truly deserve it!! This is one of my favs! Put on some nice music, light some candles, and enjoy some "me" time!
